This system is made even more versatile with the optional addition of an egress door. This is a door that swings for everyday/all day usage when the rest of the system remains closed, allowing functions to continue on either side, uninterrupted, even if a person needs to go back and forth between the two spaces frequently.

AN EASY TO USE FOLDING WALL SYSTEM
As mentioned, a folding glass wall system can be extremely heavy. Raydoor’s unique folding door panels are lightweight and strong. That not only makes for an easier installation but also simple, almost effortless operation. For folding wall panels, there really is no substitute for lightweight and the proof will be obvious the first time you fold a Raydoor folding system.
The Twinframe® patented design
Folding panel partitions are subject to unique stresses based on their movement as compared to sliding wall systems. Folding glass partitions are particularly difficult in this regard due to their weight. Raydoor’s patented Twinframe utilizes acrylic glazing in a structural “sandwich” that produces a significantly lighter panel. Lower weight in a folding partition means less effort to operate and less stress on the hardware components and that translates to a system that will last and last.
